If you bought the ISO/IEC 17025 pack, your receipt is your credential — there is no password to remember. Use the email you bought with and the order reference printed on it.

Signing in gives you the temperature mapping analyser, where you can upload a logger export and get the engine’s draft analysis back, and — if you bought it — the documentation pack you paid for. The rest of the ValiTrac application — saved projects, and the review step that records an approval — is still being built, so a draft produced here cannot yet be signed off in the app.
